Biography

Ever since playing the piano in his early days, when attending a local musical school, DJ Paul Phusion was fascinated by music, in particular all kind of electronic sounds. His career started with random party mixing at the age of 20, before he was, thanks to his friend Tom Benscher, able to move forward to regular gigs at “die bar”, Munich. Inspired by his rolemodel Paul van Dyk he developed his distinctive style of house and electronic music and soon started to play at bigger events such as the “Nachtausgabe” with around 1000 guests, where he has been playing regularly since October 2006. After gaining experience, confidence and fame at various events in different clubs around Rosenheim, such as the upstairs and Club7 (Burghausen), he got the chance to regulary play in the Viperroom (MyFriday, Sugar Party) in rotation with other well-known DJs of the region, among them DJ Claus Mc, Tanja la Croix, Tommy Serano, Azzido da Bass… Paul Phusion managed to establish himself in this location successfully and was offered his first residence club, “myfriday” in July 2007. During this period he got frequent offers from other clubs and regularly played at Hundertquadrat or for the “elektro zu haus” series, for instance. His biggest party so far was the New Year’s Eve 2007, where he had the opportunity to play at an event with more than 1800 guests in Citydome Rosenheim.
